Foreign Trainer

OverseasEmployment.ca is looking for Foreign Trainers to instruct children ages 2-10 at Disney English Language Learning Centers throughout China.

Trainers will use an innovative and immersing Disney program, featuring Disney's beloved characters, stories, songs, animation and other materials to provide a highly engaging and effective premium learning experience.

Successful candidates will be creative, dynamic and responsible individuals, who bring with them a genuine love for teaching and commitment to helping children learn.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
(advanced or education degree preferred)
Minimum 2 years post-graduate teaching experience, preferably teaching young learners (preferably ESL/EFL)
- Reference Letter (written on company letterhead) indicating a minimum 1yr of consecutive teaching experience
Native English Speaker
Internationally recognized TEFL or TESOL certification
(TEFL-C certification provided by Disney)
Commitment to minimum 12-15 month contract

Benefits:

Salary: 10500 RMB/month

3500-4350 RMB/month housing allowance

7000 RMB arrival bonus (received 2-3 weeks after arrival)

optional discretionary performance bonus at end of contract

Full payment of one-way ticket to China and reimbursement of up to 5000 RMB for return

Return flight upon completion of contract

3 week stay in hotel upon arrival
